Black House Remodel

 

 

 

 

A large, derlict house with sagging floors and rotted walls, was in sad need of repair. I performed a complete inspection of the house, drew up a detailed remodeling plan and set about reconstruction.

 

 

 

 

I added roof eves, brick veneer, porch, new floors, doors, windows, interior sheetrock, electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC, two baths, new kitchen, laundry room and garage.
